It is possible to arrive at night only by agreement with the Management. The night watchman will hand over the keys after collecting the identity documents. It is possible to leave at night only after paying the stay during cash hours and by agreement with the Management for the delivery of the keys. However, it is possible to enter and exit by car only until 23.00 and after 7.00. Arriving or leaving at night the car must be left in the outdoor parking lot.

The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am and the pitches by 12.00 pm.

The keys of the accommodation are guaranteed from 16.00 and the pitches from 12.00. You can still arrive at the campsite before these times, check in and take advantage of all the services of the campsite leaving the car in the parking lot.

In the case of late arrivals or early departures, the entire booked stay must still be paid, including the price of the people and services booked. The reservation is still valid until 12.00 on the day following the arrival. If no communication is made, the Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

The deposit will be fully refunded only for reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed with the Management. After this deadline the deposit will be retained. In any case, 20 euros will be retained for booking fees

The balance of the stay must be paid at the campsite, before departure.

No, the number of the pitch or accommodation will be communicated only at check-in.

At least one swimming pool opens approximately at Easter, except for adverse weather conditions, and closes around October. In case of good weather the closure of the pool will be postponed. The second pool opens in medium and high season. The opening and closing of the pools is however at the discretion of the Management depending on weather conditions.

Yes, the use of the swimming pools is free of charge.

One car is included in the price. Each additional car must be parked in the outdoor parking lot and must be paid according to the price list.

No, the final cleaning must be done by the customer. If made by the Camping costs 35.00 euros. In case of presence of animals, the final cleaning must be paid compulsorily.

No, sheets and towels are not present in the accommodations but can be rented at the Reception at the price of 5.00 euros for the single and 10.00 euros for the double. The set of towels (one for the face and one for the shower) costs 7.50 euros. Pillows, pillowcases and blankets are present in all accommodations.

Pets are allowed only in lake mobile homes, suite mobile homes, garden view bungalows, chalets, beach tents, villas. In the presence of animals it is mandatory to pay the final cleaning of 35.00 euros.
