The new chalets are located in the upper part of the campsite, not far from the swimming pool and in a quiet pedestrian area. These structures are suitable for those who want to combine the freedom of a camping holiday with all the comforts of a hotel room. Completely “made in Italy”, custom built and with attention to the smallest details, they have finishes that recall those of civilian homes, such as the porcelain stoneware floors, the bathrooms with ceramic tiles and the walls with high thermo-acoustic insulation covered with washable plaster.

They are equipped with every comfort and have a bathroom, kitchenette with induction hob and fridge, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating, safe, parking space. On the external veranda, equipped with table, chairs and cot, it is possible to enjoy a little relaxation surrounded by nature. They can accommodate up to 5 people as they are made up of a double bedroom with a large window that looks directly onto the external veranda and a bedroom with 2 single beds with an additional single bed against the wall.

Sheets and towels are for hire. Inside there are already blankets and pillows.

Pets are allowed inside.

Additional Services

1. The accommodation is made available from 16.00 on the first day of booking (it may happen that it is available even before this time); 2. The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure; 3. The deposit amounts to 100% of the booking amount for stays of 1 night, 50% for stays of 2 nights, 30% for stays longer than 2 nights. 4. In case of no-show on reservation with deposit, the accommodation is kept available to the customer until 12.00 on the day following the first day of booking. After this time the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will be retained; 5. Delays in arrival or advances in the scheduled departure for any reason (damage, bad weather, illness, waivers, etc.) not attributable to the Camping Management, are not refundable and will be charged for the entire booked stay (accommodation + people + any services booked); 6. With the reservation is assured the type of accommodation and the period of stay. The number of the booked unit will be assigned only at the beginning of the stay; 7. The reservation of a specific accommodation number will result in an additional 10% of the price of the accommodation and persons, but not on the services. This charge varies if the period or number of people changes. Any difference will be calculated at check-out; 8. Prices entitle you to free parking of one car per unit, use of water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, entertainment, swimming pool, gym and include VAT at 10%; 9. The deposit relating to the reservation is refunded only if the cancellation is made in writing at least 30 days before the arrival date. For the management of the cancellation procedure, € 20.00 will still be retained; 10. The delivery of sheets, towels, cot or seat is an optional and paid service and does not require prior reservation; 11. On departure, the accommodation must be left in the same condition in which it was found. If the customer does not leave it clean, € 35.00 will be charged for final cleaning. In case of presence of pets will be charged in any case € 35.00 for final cleaning; 12. In the case of stays longer than 3 nights, the balance of the stay must be paid no later than 3 days from check in; 13. The price list and the internal regulations of the campsite are an integral part of these “booking conditions”; 14. Any changes to the cost of the stay will be settled on site at the time of payment. 15. The daily price of the accommodation units is inclusive of 4 people, with the exception of mobile homes suites where the price is inclusive of 3 people. Each extra person is required to pay the daily fee according to the price list.
